Can I have a bespoke piece made?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Please fill in this contact form with as much information as you have about what kind of piece you would like, what size and material, if you would like it to include gemstones; and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
 
We will charge a 50% deposit once we have agreed to start the commission, which is non-refundable, if you do not wish to have the piece made. This will be deducted from the full price of your piece. Lead time will vary based on the complexity and time needed.

Question 2

What is my ring size?

Accepted Answer

We use the British alphabetical system to size our rings. If you need to figure out your ring size, please go to a jewellers and ask to be sized if you can do so safely. There are also ring sizers to order online. Please make sure you know your ring size before you order as we will charge a fee for resizing and delivery.

Question 3

How do I exchange or return an item?

Accepted Answer

Pieces can be returned, refunded or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, please note that you will be charged for delivery and redelivery. The piece must not be worn or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you want to return or exchange, please send us a message in this contact form with the heading "RETURN" or "EXCHANGE" and we will get back to you with the next steps. Please note that the piece and receipt must be included in the return parcel.
 
Bespoke pieces cannot be refunded, neither can earrings due to hygiene. Please note that Sixtensdotter is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

How long will it take until my piece is finished?

As all our products are made-to-order and handcrafted, please check the current production time at the top of our website. If you need a piece finished within a certain timeframe, please send us an email sixtensdotterjewellery@gmail.com and we will try our best to accomodate this.

Question 5

Can I order a piece in gold?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We offer all of our pieces (with the exception of one of a kind pieces cast in sterling silver) in solid 9ct or 18ct solid recycled gold. Please get in touch via email to sixtensdotterjewellery@gmail.com to order our jewellery not already listed in gold on the website.

Can I have a piece gold plated?

Accepted Answer

We currently do not offer gold plating as a service as we want to guarantee that the piece retains its quality and colour over time.
